“My company has had a strategic partnership with The Willamette Valley Company for over 15 years. They have worked with us to develop innovative products that have helped us improve our product, processes and profits. The people there are trustworthy and are eager to quickly help resolve any issues that we have with their products. They have developed the strongest R&D program of any company in this business. Their scientists are accessible and always trying to learn what new technologies would be important to us. The most important thing is the personal relationships that we have developed with their staff over the years. Bottom line is that they are a great company to do business with.”

“The Willamette Valley Company has consistently demonstrated year over year their commitment to our industry and to our company. They set the standard for client services that other suppliers aim to achieve. However, they are not just an excellent supplier, they are an exceptional partner helping us solve manufacturing issues, improve our businesses and assist us in meeting the needs of our clients through their ongoing innovation.”

Western Region Manufacturing Manager, Roseburg Forest Products
“Back in the early days—30s, 40s, 50s and 60s—when you pulled into a gas station for fuel, a team of attendants would run out to your car with smiles on their faces. After their warm greetings they hopped on everything that would make a car run and function. They would clean our windows, check our oil and even show us on our sticks—how the level was and what the oil would look like. They would check our belts, air pressure in our tires, just to make sure everything was ok. After they were done pumping our gas they would all wave as we pulled out of the service station. I liken WVCO to that today…the company emulates what those young men did years ago at their Service Stations. WVCO and Service to me are synonymous…they are always checking inventory levels, and service technicians come through on a regular basis to make sure our equipment is performing properly. WVCO is a wonderful company to do business with and they have integrity above everything else, in all they do. They are partners with us…they are important to us and they are part of our Industrial Family.”
