Our Products
WVCO manufactures a wide array of custom-formulated, high-performance patching compounds for repairing defects in wood products.
See ProductsWVCO manufactures a wide range of water-based paints, primers and sealers used in the manufacturing of wood products. These products are used to provide protection against the weather as well as for brand identity. We can custom formulate products to meet any need in any color.
See ProductsWVCO manufactures high-quality dry ingredients for glue mixes with broad consistency and uniformity in which each one brings a unique contribution to the adhesive rheology (e.g., flow, sprayability, durability of the glueline after application). Optimizing the adhesive rheology behavior specific to customers’ needs with our fillers and extenders can improve adhesive stability, increase the operating window, increase pre-press consolidation, reduce fall-down due to blows and fold-overs, and allow for reduced glue spreads.
See ProductsWVCO manufactures wax emulsion using custom slack wax blends to achieve the highest performance at the lowest cost. We utilize petrochemical- and bio-based wax streams based on customer needs. We also have an extended wax emulsion that can be co-applied with pMDI to improve distribution of the wax and resin, resulting in the ability to decrease wax and resin levels without compromising board properties.
See ProductsWVCO manufactures ink for multiple purposes. Our inks are used in ink jet, stamp, stamp roller and low-pressure applicators to mark or identify wood products. We manufacture both water-based and solvent-based lines based on the end use.

“My company has had a strategic partnership with The Willamette Valley Company for over 15 years. They have worked with us to develop innovative products that have helped us improve our product, processes and profits. The people there are trustworthy and are eager to quickly help resolve any issues that we have with their products. They have developed the strongest R&D program of any company in this business. Their scientists are accessible and always trying to learn what new technologies would be important to us. The most important thing is the personal relationships that we have developed with their staff over the years. Bottom line is that they are a great company to do business with.”

“The Willamette Valley Company has consistently demonstrated year over year their commitment to our industry and to our company. They set the standard for client services that other suppliers aim to achieve. However, they are not just an excellent supplier, they are an exceptional partner helping us solve manufacturing issues, improve our businesses and assist us in meeting the needs of our clients through their ongoing innovation.”

“Back in the early days—30s, 40s, 50s and 60s—when you pulled into a gas station for fuel, a team of attendants would run out to your car with smiles on their faces. After their warm greetings they hopped on everything that would make a car run and function. They would clean our windows, check our oil and even show us on our sticks—how the level was and what the oil would look like. They would check our belts, air pressure in our tires, just to make sure everything was ok. After they were done pumping our gas they would all wave as we pulled out of the service station. I liken WVCO to that today…the company emulates what those young men did years ago at their Service Stations. WVCO and Service to me are synonymous…they are always checking inventory levels, and service technicians come through on a regular basis to make sure our equipment is performing properly. WVCO is a wonderful company to do business with and they have integrity above everything else, in all they do. They are partners with us…they are important to us and they are part of our Industrial Family.”
