High-quality dry ingredients for glue mixes with broad consistency and uniformity in which each one brings a unique contribution to the adhesive rheology (e.g., flow, sprayability, durability of the glueline after application). IMG Wheat Flour Products
Primarily used in plywood and LVL adhesives to increase viscosity, prepress tack and improve workability. Our premium wheat flour products prevent over-penetration and reduce the overall cost. The protein content is tightly controlled to produce a very consistent product within each batch/pallet and from lot to lot.

Modal Filler
A bark filler for plywood and LVL adhesives used in the panel industry. It is a cost-effective bulking agent with many decades of proven performance, which assists with glue spread consistency and reduces over-penetration and dry-out.

Wil-Fil Filler
Pure English walnut shell products that are designed for use in plywood and LVL adhesives to increase viscosity, reduce cost and improve application. Prior to grinding, the shells are thoroughly cleaned to produce a product that is low in ash and fat content.

Wilvaco-Fil CCR Filler
Pure corncob filler used with plywood and LVL adhesives in the panel industry. Rez-Flex™
A bio-based extender for isocyanate (pMDI) adhesives that allows for neat resin reductions. Other benefits of this extender are increased shear-thinning behavior, which allows for improved adhesive distribution; reduced pMDI pre-cure, which allows for increased operating window; efficient delivery of moisture for effective isocyanate reaction; and resistance to over-penetration, which keeps adhesive at the bonding interface and improves opportunity for resin transfer between particles, fibers and strands in the blending process while maintaining panel performance.

UF Engineered Extender
An engineered bio-based extender for urea-formaldehyde (UF) and melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) wood adhesives that allows for neat resin reductions. Benefits of utilizing this extender include as a rheology modifier for increased shear thinning and improved resin distribution and for resistance to over-penetration, which keeps adhesive at the bonding interface and improves opportunity for resin transfer between particles and fibers in the blending process, while maintaining board properties and performance.
