High-quality dry ingredients for glue mixes with broad consistency and uniformity in which each one brings a unique contribution to the adhesive rheology (e.g., flow, sprayability, durability of the glueline after application). Optimizing the adhesive rheology behavior specific to customers’ needs with our fillers and extenders can improve adhesive stability, increase the operating window, increase pre-press consolidation, reduce fall-down due to blows and fold-overs, and allow for reduced glue spreads.

Bark Filler
Primarily used for phenolic resin adhesives in the plywood industry, Modal and Superbond are cost-effective bulking agents that blend smoothly into the glue formula, provide consistent uniformity, and promote stable viscosity.
Walnut Shell Filler
Glufil and Wil-Fil fillers are designed for use in softwood and hardwood plywood adhesives to increase viscosity, reduce cost, and improve application. Prior to grinding, the shells are processed to produce a product that is low in fat/oil content.
Corn Cob Residue Filler
P.D.C. and Wilvaco-Fil fillers are used with phenol-formaldehyde resin in the production of softwood plywood. Their unique chemistry and particle size were designed to improve sprayability, and moisture resistance of PF adhesives of plywood.

Pecan Shell Filler
Wil-Fil SP is designed for use in softwood and hardwood plywood adhesives to increase viscosity, reduce cost, and improve application.
IMG Wheat Flour
IMG Wheat Flour is a proprietary high protein blend typically used in plywood adhesives to increase viscosity and improve workability. The blend is designed to produce a very consistent product. The protein content is tightly controlled to produce a very consistent product within and between each batch/lot.
hw-200
HW-200 is a premium hard wheat flour extender that is used in plywood adhesives to increase viscosity and improve workability.
Q-Bond
Q-Bond corn flour extender is typically used in plywood adhesives to increase viscosity and improve sprayability.

Glu-X
Glu-X is a soft white wheat flour used in plywood and LVL adhesives to increase viscosity, prepress tack, and improve workability. It helps prevent overpenetration and reduce the overall cost.
